People are eagerly waiting for the gaming console the Xbox 720 to add it to their cart once it enters the market. The popularity of gaming console is very much on the increase not only in the united Sates of America both also in the other nations of the world. In the United States for instance almost every person who has reached the age of 12 and beyond wanted to have a gaming console. Whether it is a console from Microsoft or from Sony they just wanted one they can play. It is therefore not surprising the euphoria with the announcement of the production of Xbox 720 gaming console from Microsoft.

There are two major gaming consoles available in the market. One is owned by the Microsoft while the other one is owned by the Sony. The one owned by Microsoft is called Xbox 360. Microsoft first introduced the product which revolutionized the way games are played. Until the emergence of the Xbox 360 series what was known to many lovers of the game was the video game. Soon after the introduction of Xbox 360 series Sony followed suit. The keen competition between the leading game providers may be the reason behind the delay of the production of Xbox 720.

People’s expectations have reached the climax and they are waiting to add the item to their cart once it is available. They are looking out for a product that brings in some innovations in the gaming system. They want the capacity for the gaming system and the storage to increase as well. They also would want increase in the pixel resolution for greater game speed and efficiency. They would also want to increase the ability of the game to be read and played over the DVD. They particularly would want the Microsoft Xbox 720 to have the storage capacity over and above the model produced by Sony, and increase the capacity to read and play the game in the blue disc ray; they are looking forward for a game that could offer some challenges when they are played online.

Incidentally both Sony and Microsoft have placed their customers on suspense for few years over the endless postponement of introducing their new gaming consoles. The one by Microsoft seem to be getting solved because there is every indication that the product may hit the market in 2011. Microsoft cannot afford to keep its game console players waiting beyond 2011.
